Every day we are just a little closer. But the kitchen feels good. Very good.
We are waiting for some glass work (diffusers for the overhead light and a glass front for the cabinet) and some undercounter lighting, but otherwise almost done.

We've been cooking in the kitchen, and it is fantastic. Now, I had done some workflow studies before the kitchen was finished, and came up with some paths and collision points:
My path is in red, Doreen's is in blue. This is mostly accurate, except that Doreen doesn't conform to her path on the right side of the island to the refrigerator. So that causes a little bit of inefficiency.
But we are still able to bake bread like this:
